HOTEL TV SYSTEMS
Designed For Hotels
Click any feature to find out more. Every single one is included as standard — not as an optional extra.

The moment a guest turns on the television, they're in your hotel — not a generic platform. Welcome screens greet guests by name, your logo is front and centre, and the colour palette, typography, and content all reflect your property's identity.
Everything is managed remotely via a web-based CMS. Change a promotion, update a restaurant menu, or push a property-wide message without setting foot in a room.
Freeview, satellite, and IP-delivered channel packages — managed through a central headend and distributed to every room. No aerials to maintain individually, no guest calls about reception.
Multi-language channel packages are available for international properties. Your channel list is configured to your specification, reordered when needed, and updated without any room visits.
All major streaming platforms are pre-installed and accessible from the home screen. Guests log in to their own accounts and watch what they want — the same as at home, with none of the setup friction.
At checkout, all session data is wiped automatically. No credentials are retained. The next guest starts with a clean screen.
Guests can cast content from their own phone, tablet, or laptop directly to the room TV — no cables, no pairing codes, no asking at reception. The system connects through a secure, isolated network so guest devices remain completely separate from the hotel's infrastructure.
Each session is private. No viewing history, no paired devices, and no residual data left for the next guest.
Restaurant menus, spa timetables, local area guides, room information, and hotel policies — all available on the TV, updated in real time via the CMS. Guests find what they need without picking up the phone.
When the restaurant menu changes or an event is added to the schedule, updates go live immediately across every room. No reprinting, no replacement, no guest reading something out of date.
Real-time widgets display local weather, flight status from nearby airports, and recommended local tours and attractions — all pulled live and displayed directly on the in-room screen. Guests get the information they'd otherwise search for on their phone, without leaving the TV.
Content is configured per property and updated automatically. No manual refreshes, no out-of-date information.
Room service, housekeeping requests, and food and beverage orders are placed directly from the TV. Orders feed into your POS and PMS automatically — no phone calls, no transcription errors, and no additional staff workload at the front desk.
Items, pricing, and availability are all managed via the CMS. When the kitchen closes or a dish sells out, the menu reflects it immediately.
Spa treatments, restaurant reservations, room upgrades, local experiences — all promoted directly on the in-room screen at the moment guests are most receptive. No additional staff required, no printed inserts.
Properties using the system's upsell features routinely see measurable increases in ancillary revenue. The opportunity is there from day one.
QR codes displayed on screen give guests a direct link to menus, spa booking pages, hotel apps, feedback forms, or local information — scanned from their phone in seconds, without navigating through the TV interface.
Codes are managed via the CMS and can be swapped out, scheduled, or targeted by room type. A frictionless bridge between the in-room screen and the guest's own device.
Guests review their itemised bill and complete checkout directly from the TV before they leave. The front desk receives the confirmed departure automatically, room status is updated, and turnaround begins without a queue at reception.
During peak checkout periods — particularly on Sunday mornings — this feature alone has a measurable impact on guest satisfaction scores and front desk efficiency.
A staff-facing hidden menu allows housekeeping to update a room's clean status directly via the TV remote — no app, no phone call, no radio required. The status update reaches the front desk instantly, so rooms are released for check-in as soon as they're ready.
The menu is invisible to guests and only accessible via a specific remote sequence. No additional hardware or handheld devices needed.
The system connects to all major property management platforms — Opera, Mews, Protel, Cloudbeds, and others. Guest data flows from your PMS to the TV automatically: name, arrival time, room preferences, and loyalty status all available on-screen from check-in.
Compatibility is confirmed at the assessment stage, before any work begins.
All room displays, all content, all settings — managed from a single cloud-based dashboard, accessible from any browser, from anywhere. Push updates, configure channels, schedule welcome messages, and manage promotional screens across an entire property without visiting a single room.
For multi-property operators, the same platform manages multiple sites with standardised or individually configured content per property.
Send real-time messages directly to guest screens — maintenance notifications, event reminders, breakfast updates, or personalised welcome notes for VIPs. Messages appear as subtle overlays without interrupting what guests are watching.
Messaging is targeted by room, floor, or property-wide as needed. Scheduled messages go out automatically at defined times.
The guest interface, channel guide, digital compendium, and service menus are all available in multiple languages. Guests select their preferred language on arrival and the system adapts — no manual configuration required at the front desk.
A clear dashboard shows channel popularity, content engagement, streaming usage, and upsell conversion rates. Data is available at room level, floor level, or across the property — and exportable for your own reporting.
Displays power down automatically when rooms are unoccupied — triggered by door sensor, PMS check-out data, or motion detection. For properties with sustainability targets, energy reports show total consumption and savings.
Audio description, subtitles, and closed captions are available across live TV channels and on-demand content. Interface text sizing and high-contrast display modes are supported — available as standard, not as add-ons.
We supply Samsung, Philips, and LG hospitality displays — sourced directly, specified for your property, and installed by our in-house engineering team. Headend equipment and cabling are included in every project.
Modern IPTV runs over standard IP networks — the same infrastructure that carries your internet and Wi-Fi. If your building has structured ethernet, you likely don't need any new cabling. For heritage buildings where new cabling isn't viable, powerline networking and wireless delivery are both options.
Systems are monitored around the clock. Faults are identified remotely — often before a guest is aware of them — and the majority are resolved without any on-site visit. SLA options range from standard business-hours support through to priority agreements with guaranteed response and fix times.
