We employ our own engineers
Our installation and support engineers are directly employed by airwave connect, giving us direct responsibility for the teams working on customer sites.
We own our own warehouses
We operate our own warehousing facilities in Billingshurst, and Harlow, and Warrington, allowing us to manage equipment availability and deployment across customer projects. Where equipment is purchased directly, there is no distributor margin within the supply chain.
Product agnostic
We work with technology from a range of manufacturers, allowing systems to be specified around the requirements of the property, project and existing infrastructure.
Direct manufacturer relationships
We work directly with manufacturers, giving us roadmap visibility, product access, competitive commercial terms and direct access to technical expertise when needed.
Support beyond installation
Our involvement doesn’t end at handover. airwave connect provides ongoing technical support and service options, with defined response times available through Service Level Agreements.
