EXPERIENTIAL AV

Great AV is About
Feeling
Not Just Specification

AV projects shouldn’t just be about equipment and specification.

Ours are built around experience.

We start by asking what you want a space to feel like — then we design a system that delivers it.

A lobby should feel like an arrival, not an entrance. Mood lighting and effortless conversation in the restaurant. A slick, friction-free, modern conference room.

Experiential AV.

Sound as atmosphere

The right audio doesn’t announce itself. It creates a sense of place — warmth, energy, calm — that shapes how people feel without them knowing why.

Vision with intention

Screens and displays should communicate, not just exist. We design visual systems that are purposeful — telling the right story, in the right way, at the right moment.

Integrated, not installed

AV that fights against space undermines everything. We design systems that sit invisibly within the architecture — heard and seen, but never intrusive.

BESPOKE SYSTEMS

Different Spaces.
Different Feelings.

A retail store, coworking space, stadium concourse and residential lounge all place different demands on AV. Each space has its own purpose, audience and atmosphere to support.

We approach every environment on its own terms — designing audio, visual and control systems around how the space should feel, how it needs to function, and how people use it.

Lobbies & Reception

Lobbies & Reception

The first impression lasts. Thoughtfully layered audio and impactful visual displays set the tone from the moment guests arrive.

Events & Function Spaces

Events & Function Spaces

From intimate private dining to full-scale banquets — scalable, high-clarity AV that performs flawlessly under pressure, every time.

Meeting & Conference Rooms

Meeting & Conference Rooms

Clear audio, reliable displays and intuitive controls make meetings easy. Whether it's presentations, hybrid meetings, training or client briefings, the technology should work without friction.

Retail & Customer Spaces

Retail & Customer Spaces

Background music, promotional displays, digital signage — AV that shapes the customer journey, guides attention and makes the space feel intentional.

Spa, Wellness & Gym

FAQs

We design, install and support audio visual systems for commercial and residential environments, including displays, speakers, microphones, cameras, video conferencing, wireless presentation, room control, zoned audio, media systems and large-format screens.

AV plays a major role in how customers experience a property.

It supports conferences, meetings, weddings, private events, restaurants, bars, reception areas, guest rooms, gyms, spas, and branded spaces. When AV works well, it feels simple and seamless.

The word “elevate” is perhaps overused in product marketing, but it is especially relevant when talking about AV. Expertly implemented audiovisual systems really can elevate the guest experience. They influence how a space feels, sounds, functions, and flows.

From clear audio in a conference room to the right background music in a restaurant, from discreet screens in a lobby to immersive sound and lighting in an event space, AV helps shape the atmosphere around the guest. It supports the senses, reinforces the brand, and makes spaces feel more polished, engaging, and memorable.

Good AV should not feel complicated or intrusive. It should improve the intangible experience, helping each area of the property work better for the people using it.

AV is the technology you see and hear in a room — screens, audio, microphones, video conferencing, control. IT is the network and computing infrastructure running behind it.

The two now overlap almost completely. Most AV depends on the network, the Wi-Fi, and the cloud platforms behind them. So AV is best planned alongside your wider infrastructure, not bolted on once everything else is built.

If you want people to book them twice, yes. A room used for presentations, hybrid calls, microphones, cameras and screen sharing asks more of its kit than a domestic TV and a basic speaker can give.

The test is simple: can someone walk in, start, and not think about the technology once? Specialist AV is what makes that the normal experience rather than the lucky one.

The best starting point is the space itself. We look at the room layout, audience, content type, sound levels, lighting, connectivity, user confidence and support requirements before recommending equipment.

Hybrid meeting AV allows people in the room and people joining remotely to take part in the same meeting.

This usually involves cameras, microphones, speakers, displays, and video conferencing integration. The aim is for remote participants to see and hear clearly, while people in the room can also follow the conversation without difficulty.

For hotels, good hybrid meeting capability can make meeting spaces more attractive to business guests and event organisers.

Yes. We design meeting-room AV that reduces the usual friction: poor audio, unreliable screen sharing, confusing controls, camera issues and the familiar search for the right cable five minutes after the meeting should have started.

Yes. Room control systems can bring displays, audio, video calls, lighting and other connected systems into one simple interface, such as a touch panel, wall control, keypad or connected device.

Yes. Zoned audio allows different areas to have separate volume levels, playlists or audio sources. This is useful in hotels, restaurants, retail stores, gyms, residential amenity spaces, coworking lounges and event areas.

Yes. Many modern AV systems can be monitored, updated, and supported remotely.

This can help identify issues, adjust settings, update content, check device status, and reduce the need for on-site attendance.

For hotels, remote management can be especially useful across meeting rooms, public areas, digital signage, and multi-site estates.

The best starting point is to look at how each space is used.

A property should consider customer expectations, meeting and event requirements, room layouts, staff capability, brand standards, existing equipment, network infrastructure, support needs, and future plans.

The right AV system should be practical, reliable, easy to use, and appropriate for the space. It should not be overcomplicated, but it should be capable enough to meet guest and operational expectations.

Increasingly, yes. Video conferencing, wireless presentation, digital signage, IPTV, room booking, remote support and AV over IP all rely on strong network infrastructure. AV and IT should usually be planned together.

AV over IP sends audio and video signals across a network rather than through traditional point-to-point cabling. It can be useful for larger, flexible or multi-room environments where content needs to be distributed and managed more efficiently.

Yes. We can help create consistent AV setups across meeting rooms, shared spaces, venues or wider estates, making systems easier for users to understand and easier for teams to support.
