Coworking spaces are busy, flexible environments where people move between focus work, video calls, meetings and shared events. Wi-Fi must handle high-density demand, meeting rooms must be friction-free, displays must connect quickly, and media systems must support different users throughout the day.
When technology struggles, slow connections and unreliable screens interrupt a space meant to make working easier. Airwave Connect designs, installs and supports bespoke AV, display, media and network infrastructure that keeps coworking environments connected and ready for the way people work today.
CONNECTED WORKSPACES
Infrastructure for Busy,
Flexible Workspaces
We design, install and manage the technology that keeps members reliably connected and shared spaces running smoothly.
High-Density Networks
Reliable network infrastructure for busy shared spaces, with capacity planned around real usage — not best-case assumptions.
Video Meetings
Meeting-room systems that support clear calls, reliable audio and simple joining for hybrid teams, guests and clients.
Wireless Presentations
Simple screen sharing without cable hunts, adapter problems or five minutes of silent judgement around a meeting table.
Digital Displays
Displays for reception areas, wayfinding, events, member updates, promotions and day-to-day shared-space communication.
Room Booking
Booking panels and scheduling tools that help members find, reserve and use meeting rooms without friction.
Zoned Audio
Background music and announcements for reception areas, lounges and event spaces — with online control over volume, playlists and zones.
Too Many Users, Not Enough Capacity
Coworking spaces can put heavy pressure on the network. We plan for user density, device volume, bandwidth demand and peak-time usage.
Meeting Rooms That Waste Time
Users of meeting room technology should not need a degree in rocket science to connect a laptop to a display. We make controls, displays, cameras and audio easier to use.
Patchy Coverage
Connectivity should not collapse in corners, booths, lounges or back-of-house areas. We design coverage around the whole environment.
Support Headaches
Many issues can be monitored, diagnosed and resolved remotely, reducing disruption and taking everyday support pressure away from your team.
Inconsistent Member Experience
People notice technology when it fails, and remember the frustration. Reliable systems help protect the quality of the workspace experience.

FAQs
What technology services do you provide for coworking spaces?
We design, install, and support high-density Wi-Fi, wired networks, meeting-room AV, wireless presentation, digital signage, room booking and zoned audio. Each project is planned around the space, membership model and expected demand.
Our Wi-Fi is solid. Do we really need to upgrade it?
The real test is peak occupancy. When desks are full, meeting rooms are hosting video calls and users are transferring large files, an underpowered network quickly becomes visible. We design for the busiest periods, not average demand.
Can members use the Wi-Fi without seeing each other’s devices?
Yes. Network isolation keeps users and their devices separated while maintaining reliable access to the internet. Staff, members, guests and operational systems can also be placed on distinct, securely managed networks.
Can Wi-Fi cover booths, meeting rooms and communal areas reliably?
Yes. Coverage is designed around the entire workspace, including enclosed booths, lounges, event spaces, meeting rooms and back-of-house areas. A site survey helps identify potential weak spots before installation.
Our meeting rooms are a constant source of complaints. Can you help?
Absolutely. Most problems involve unreliable screen connections, poor call audio, or confusing controls. We install displays, cameras, microphones, speakers and wireless presentation systems that allow members to walk in, connect, and begin. No headaches, no confusion, no spaghetti wiring…
Can your meeting-room systems support Teams and Zoom?
Yes. We can design rooms around Microsoft Teams, Zoom and other leading conferencing platforms, with clear audio, appropriate camera coverage and straightforward joining for members and guests.
Can room booking panels integrate with our calendar system?
Yes. Booking panels can integrate with platforms including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, allowing members to view availability and reserve rooms from the panel or their own device.
How can digital signage be used in a coworking space?
Digital signage can display wayfinding, room information, events, member updates, visitor welcomes and promotional content. Screens can be updated centrally, reducing printed notices and repeated questions for front-of-house teams.
Can audio be controlled separately across different areas?
Yes. Zoned audio allows reception areas, lounges, event spaces and quiet zones to use different playlists and volume levels. Teams can manage each zone online from a connected device.
We manage several coworking sites. Can the technology be managed centrally?
Yes. Networks, signage and compatible AV systems can be monitored and managed through central platforms. This supports consistent settings, remote content updates and faster fault identification across the estate.
Can you integrate with our existing infrastructure?
We assess the existing cabling, networks and equipment before recommending replacements. Where infrastructure remains suitable, we work with it. Where it limits performance, we explain the most practical route forward.
Can systems be installed without disrupting members?
In most cases, yes. Work can be phased or scheduled around quieter periods to minimise disruption. The installation plan will depend on the building, existing infrastructure and project scope.
What happens when something goes wrong?
Systems can be monitored, diagnosed and, in many cases, fixed remotely. This reduces disruption and takes everyday troubleshooting away from community and front-of-house teams. Where attendance is required, support is managed under the agreed service arrangement.
How do we get started?
The first step is a conversation about your sites, current systems and recurring problems. We can then assess the requirements and present a clear, tiered recommendation.
