Site Surveys
To assure the integrity of each quotation, airwave connect will commission an engineer to undertake a full site survey. This survey forms the basis of a comprehensive assessment of your environment, providing a clear understanding of existing infrastructure, operational requirements and future objectives. The findings enable us to develop recommendations that are practical, scalable and aligned with the needs of your organisation.
Following the survey, we produce a detailed report outlining suitable hardware, software and network options, helping stakeholders make informed decisions with confidence. Where possible, we identify opportunities to utilise existing infrastructure, reducing project costs, minimising disruption and maximising the value of previous technology investments.

REPAIR & MAINTENANCE
Repairs & Spares Service
We are the UK’s only authorised Samsung Hospitality TV repair centre and is qualified to repair hospitality televisions and related equipment from all major manufacturers. Our highly skilled technicians are able to carry out repairs at component and PCB level, enabling customers to extend the life of existing equipment and reduce the cost of replacing screens unnecessarily.
To support both current and legacy systems, we maintain a comprehensive inventory of spare parts and replacement components from leading manufacturers. We also operate a salvage programme that helps customers keep older technology in service for longer, providing a practical and cost-effective alternative to wholesale replacement.

Information Channels
Our design engineers provide design, build and content management services, enabling organisations to communicate with guests, residents, patients, visitors and staff through customised graphical interfaces displayed on-screen. Typical content may include restaurant menus, local information, weather updates, wayfinding and promotional messaging, although each platform can be as simple or as sophisticated as required.
All systems are fully customisable and can be used as an effective branding and communication tool. Features may include digital directories, promotional videos, and dedicated branded channels, while more advanced solutions can incorporate bring-your-own-device functionality, dynamic advertising, interactive services and digital ordering portals.

Our content services can include international television channels, bespoke channel line-ups and a full range of Sky in-room solutions as a Sky preferred partner.
