Fora was founded in 2014 by Katrina Larkin and Enrico Sanna with a clear ambition: to build workspaces that genuinely reflect the way people work today. Across 12 locations — Brick Lane, Spitalfields, Old Street, Clerkenwell, Fitzrovia, Soho, Shoreditch, Borough, Reading and Southwark — that ambition has taken the form of premium, design-led environments built for businesses of every shape and size.

Running an estate of that scale demands more than good interior design. It requires infrastructure that communicates consistently, keeps members informed, and reflects the quality of the product at every touchpoint — without placing an ongoing operational burden on the team managing it.

That last point was central to the brief. Fora needed a messaging and display system that could run intelligently across the estate with minimal human intervention; one that would handle meeting room availability, wayfinding, member announcements and building information without requiring constant manual input at site level.
