EXPERIENTIAL AV

Great AV is About
Feeling
Not Specification

AV projects shouldn’t just be about equipment and specification.

Ours are built around experience.

We start by asking what you want a space to feel like — then we design a system that delivers it.

A lobby should feel like an arrival, not an entrance. Mood lighting and effortless conversation in the restaurant. A slick, friction-free, modern conference room.

Experiential AV.

Sound as atmosphere

The right audio doesn’t announce itself. It creates a sense of place — warmth, energy, calm — that shapes how people feel without them knowing why.

Vision with intention

Screens and displays should communicate, not just exist. We design visual systems that are purposeful — telling the right story, in the right way, at the right moment.

Integrated, not installed

AV that fights against space undermines everything. We design systems that sit invisibly within the architecture — heard and seen, but never intrusive.

Reliable

An AV system is only as good as it’s weakest moment. We specify, install, and support everything — so when a space needs to perform, it does.

Our partnerships give us access to preferred pricing, early product insight, and direct technical support — so you benefit from proven technology, better value, and a smoother delivery process.

WHERE WE WORK

Different Spaces.
Different Feelings.

A lobby, a restaurant, and a spa have almost nothing in common acoustically. Each presents a different design challenge — a different emotional outcome to achieve. We approach each one on its own terms.

Lobbies & Reception

Lobbies & Reception

The first impression lasts. Thoughtfully layered audio and impactful visual displays set the tone from the moment guests arrive.

Restaurants & Bars

Restaurants & Bars

Audio that moves with a service period. Low and intimate for dining; full and energised for late evenings — managed intelligently, without manual adjustment.

Events & Function Spaces

Events & Function Spaces

From intimate private dining to full-scale banquets — scalable, high-clarity AV that performs flawlessly under pressure, every time.

Meeting & Conference Rooms

Meeting & Conference Rooms

Clear, consistent audio and display solutions that make every presentation land. Reliable, simple to operate, and built for back-to-back use.

Guest Rooms & Suites

Guest Rooms & Suites

In-room audio that feels personal, not hotel-generic. High-quality playback and intuitive control that guests actually use and remember.

Spa & Wellness

Spa & Wellness

Spatial audio design that creates genuine sanctuary. Carefully zoned, acoustically considered, and completely controllable by staff.

Outdoor & Terrace

Outdoor & Terrace

Weather-rated systems built for ambient coverage. Consistent sound that travels with the guest experience, inside or out.

After silence, that which comes nearest to expressing the inexpressible is music.

FAQs

AV plays a major role in how guests experience a hotel.

It supports conferences, meetings, weddings, private events, restaurants, bars, reception areas, guest rooms, gyms, spas, and branded spaces. When AV works well, it feels simple and seamless.

The word “elevate” is often overused in product marketing, but it is especially relevant when talking about AV. Expertly implemented audiovisual systems really can elevate the guest experience because they influence how a space feels, sounds, functions, and flows.

From clear audio in a conference room to the right background music in a restaurant, from discreet screens in a lobby to immersive sound and lighting in an event space, AV helps shape the atmosphere around the guest. It supports the senses, reinforces the brand, and makes spaces feel more polished, engaging, and memorable.

Good AV should not feel complicated or intrusive. It should improve the intangible experience, helping each area of the hotel work better for the people using it.

AV covers the technology used to show, hear, present, communicate, and control content in a physical space.

IT covers the wider data, network, and computing infrastructure that supports the hotel.

The two now overlap heavily. Many AV systems depend on the hotel network, WiFi, cloud platforms, streaming services, video conferencing tools, and remote management. For that reason, AV should usually be planned alongside the hotel’s wider technology infrastructure rather than treated as a separate add-on.

Ideally, yes. Especially if you’d like business guests to return!

Hotel meeting rooms are used by different guests, companies, devices, and event types. They may need to support presentations, hybrid meetings, Teams or Zoom calls, microphones, room speakers, cameras, screen sharing, and simple room controls.

A domestic screen or basic speaker setup may work for small informal use, but it will not always meet the expectations of business guests or event organisers.

Meeting room AV should be intuitive and frictionless.

Hybrid meeting AV allows people in the room and people joining remotely to take part in the same meeting.

This usually involves cameras, microphones, speakers, displays, and video conferencing integration. The aim is for remote participants to see and hear clearly, while people in the room can also follow the conversation without difficulty.

For hotels, good hybrid meeting capability can make meeting spaces more attractive to business guests and event organisers.

A room control system allows users to manage different technologies from one simple interface.

This may include screens, projectors, audio, microphones, lighting, blinds, video conferencing, and room modes. Controls may be provided through a wall panel, touch screen, tablet, or keypad.

For hotels, room control systems can make AV easier for guests and staff to use, while reducing the risk of settings being changed incorrectly.

Background music zoning means controlling audio separately in different areas of the hotel.

For example, reception, bar, restaurant, terrace, corridors, spa, and event spaces may all need different volume levels or different music sources.

Zoning helps the hotel create the right atmosphere in each space without one area overpowering another.

Yes. Many modern AV systems can be monitored, updated, and supported remotely.

This can help identify issues, adjust settings, update content, check device status, and reduce the need for on-site attendance.

For hotels, remote management can be especially useful across meeting rooms, public areas, digital signage, and multi-site estates.

The best starting point is to look at how each space is used.

A hotel should consider guest expectations, meeting and event requirements, room layouts, staff capability, brand standards, existing equipment, network infrastructure, support needs, and future plans.

The right AV system should be practical, reliable, easy to use, and appropriate for the space. It should not be overcomplicated, but it should be capable enough to meet guest and operational expectations.
